Torchwood: Genderswap
Masi Oka as Toshiko Sato

((Haha. I didn’t think my graphics could get any shittier than my last ones. I was wrong. Please excuse the awful editing, all I had was Lightroom and MS Paint to work with. Pictures used from torchwood-caps.tumblr, whoniversecaps.tumblr, and imdb.com.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Juno Temple as Varro

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Juno for Varro because of those big, gorgeous blonde curls, adorable blue eyes, similar egg shaped faces, and matching noses. Juno is a bit too young for my liking. In real life she’s only four years off from Jai so I figured I could excuse it based on that alone. She’s such a great match in every other way.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Megan Fox as Spartacus

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Megan Fox for Spartacus because of her bright blue eyes, distinctly similar eyebrow shape, dark hair, and cat-like features. Her face is a little long, and her lips a little too full to be a perfect match but I couldn’t find anyone else I liked better. Those eyebrows just did it for me!))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Toni Collette as Quintus

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Toni for Quintus because of their similar face shape, long and oval, and for those gorgeous blue eyes. Not to mention their eyebrows and smiles are very much alike.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Meaghan Rath as Nasir

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Meaghan for Nasir for more personal reasons this time. Nasir is one of my favorite characters and Meaghan is the most gorgeous girl I can think of. I had to use her in this genderswap casting, and I was going to make it work one way or another! Dispite not being a perfect fit, I didn’t find anyone else I liked better. Plus she has nice big eyebrows, the right skin tone, and a similar sized nose.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Texas Battle as Naevia

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Texas for Naevia because first and foremost THOSE EYEBROWS. That boy has a just such a nice pair of eyebrows, and they match Lesley-Ann’s perfectly. Not to mention their same bone structure and skin tone. Plus they both have nice full lips, and that’s a hard thing to match.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Thomas McDonell as Mira

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Thomas for Mira because or their Similar face shape, bone structure, skin tone, and eyebrow shape. Not to mention their matching dark and eyes. I really wished I could have found someone with freckles, but Thomas is a great match!))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Brian Austin Green as Lucretia

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Brian for Lucretia because of his bright blue eyes, pointed chin and somewhat heart-shaped face. Plus she has gorgeous curved eyebrows, and he does too. Not to mention they both own dazzling smiles. Plus, we all remember Brian’s bleached hair from the 80s, who wouldn’t want to see him as a blonde again?.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Chris Evans as Ilithyia

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Chris for Ilithyia because… In all honesty… they just have the same face. The nose especially, and wide smile. I saw a picture of Chris scrolling down my dash and I couldn’t even imagine anyone else fitting better.))

Spartacus: Genderswap
Sarah Wayne Callies as Gannicus

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Sarah for Gannicus for her dark brown hair, unique face shape, and gorgeous brown eyes. Dustin has incomparable features. No one else looks like this guy. He’s got eyebrows for days, and if you can find an actress with great big eyebrows and a cleft chin like his… I can only applaud you. Because I couldn’t. Unless you count Sara Gilbert, but that wasn’t gonna work for me. So I made do with Sarah instead, and I think she’s a pretty good fit!))

03-05 / 18:58 / 1 note

Spartacus: Genderswap
Jada Pinkett-Smith as Oenomaus

((Some of these are better quality than others. All I had was MS Paint and Lightroom to work with. I picked Jada for Oenomaus because of her dark skin, strong face and jawline, and tough looking face. It was nearly impossible to match someone to Peter Mensah. Jada is actually way too short, but I couldn’t think of anyone else who seemed as strong, serious, and no-nonsense as the both of them are. ))
